Thursday, September 25, 2008No IE done at 39 weeksI am now on my 39th 4/7 week of pregnancy. I would always feel lowe back pains and 'pamamaga ng singit' but no contractions at all.

In few days time, Bebeh will see the fruit of his "hardwork" LOL. Seriously, we haven't had enough time to "see" each other when ever we could go online to chat about what-nots. My back usually aches after hours of going online since I use a notebook, not a desktop. But I am thinking now that maybe, I should get one of those computer desks that are on sale inSM department stores so that I could just place the notebook in one place and webcam would be on a steady position. I am planning to have the internet connection on 24/7 so that Daddy could always see his baby anytime he wants. Labels: family, internet finds
Most of my friends and those people that I 'met' through the yahoo support group for moms say that one of the best ways to lose those pregnancy fats is to breastfeed. But if breastfeeding will not work for me, then gym and diet pills, such as NV diet pills will be my options. It's really hard for me not to get tempted eating as if there is no tomorrow given the fact that I am surrounded with good cooks. Mom, on the other hand, told me to just eat lots of pineapples as pineaples are rich in fiber. Labels: healthy living
Wednesday, September 24, 2008No Baby Yet at 39 weeksI am now 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I had my last check up last Monday. Weird lang kasi despite of my baby's age, my OB didn't do an IE for me. She just monitored the baby's position in ultrasound. From there, she found out na mataas pa daw ang posisyon ni baby. I had my pelvicmetry xray 2 MOndays ago and from tehre, we found out na nasa average lang ang size ng perlvix bone ko. Eh as of last Monday, baby weighs 7 lbs. already. Baka daw mahirapan na ko. SHe gave me an option to weight until this Sunday which is my EDD or have an outright CS na. I took my chances. Waiting galore atashi till Sunday na lang. Besides, many people are now saying na mababa na raw ang tyan ko. Actually, my lower abdomen and lowe back already ache.. just MINUS the contraction. eh ung contraction with consistent intervals (2-5 minutes) is one of the major indication na malapit na. Kaso wala eh. My expected date of delivery is on the Sept. 28. But up until this time, I still go to work. Mas mallu-lurkey atashi sa waiting game. But isntead of having Sept. 26 as last day in the office, I'll have Sept. 25 na lang. Pagbigyan ko na si hubby. Napa-pransya (read: praning) na abutan daw ako sa office. Ohe well, if worse comes to worst, anjan lang naman ang medical city. Wala pang 5 mins. But of course, mas gusto ko pa rin magdeliver sa Cavite kai mas mura. Har har har! So since sabi ng marami, maglakad-lakad daw ako, I decided to go to Megamall today since hindi rin naman ako makatulog. Actually I'm in Netopia as of this writing. Napagod na ko kakalakad. After this, I'll go to Edsa Shrine. Pray lang ng pray at daldalan with baby na sana lumabas na sya. Naiinip na ang mommy. I once said to my co-workers na ang anak ko, manang-mana sa taty nya... laging LATE! lol Sorry naman sa mga ka-bloggers ko na hindi ko na navi-visit ang blog. Busy-busyhan lang talaga ang drama ngayon. But I guess after I deliver Baby T, I'll have all the time in this world to go blog hopping. :) Labels: pregnancy
When ever there is a celebration in the family, we would always prepare food that we think our guests will surely like. But I just realized, we haven't have enough appetizer recipes. I think we were so used with just preparing the main dishes and desserts. Nobody complains so I guess it's just a-ok for them. However, I would stil want to learn how to prepare appetizer recipes. My in-laws house in Cavite is undergoing some renovation. I thought that they are just just going to redesign the staircase that connects the 1st floor to the second floor. But lo and behold. It was almost like renovating the whole house. That's why whenever I would go there every other week end, air tools seem to be just everywhere in the house. It was really chaos for the last 2 months. Mom-in-law once joked that he wants to have his beloved apo (my Baby T) to be welcomed in a new house. Aww.. that's sweet. In addition to the renovation, a terrace has been built in front of hubby's room. That is so perfect when ever I have to bring Baby outside to get morning sunshine. :) Labels: home improvements
Thursday, September 18, 2008The Magic Lives HereOk. I must admit that I am not really a big fan of amusement parks. I’ve been to Enchanted Kingdom if not twice, maybe thrice. The rides just seem to be corny and there is really nothing to be amazed of. Besides, EK doesn’t really have any specials that has enticed me, unlike the Morey’s Piers. Aside from the New Jersey water parks. Aside from their Xtreme Ride Wednesdays (for only $30) one can really enjoy all the six roller coasters that they have and the AtmosFEAR. I also like the Fired Up Friday Nights where one can be mesmerized with Coca-Cola's Weekly fantastic fireworks display.

Wednesday, September 17, 2008TiwangSo many things has happened in my life the past few days but I couldn't find the time to blog about them. Busy-busyhan ang drama kasi sa ofis especially now that I only have a couple of weeks before my due date sets in. Ang daming kelangang i-train sa temporarily papalit sa akin though most of my tasks naman, alam na nya. Oh well... Eto na..enumerate ko na lang mga pangyayari sa mga buhay-buhay. * I was supposed to have my managerial interview yesterday but I backed off at the alst minute. Why? heller naman kasi, ang laki-laki ng tyan ko. Any monument eh magdedeliver na atashi. I don't wanna put my name naman in jeopardy just in case na makuha yung spot eh naka maternity leave kagad. Sayang. There were only 4 candidates pa naman daw. Aside from that, since I am a first-time mom, hindi ko rin naman alam kung kakayanin ko i-ang wokload load versus motherhood churva. Di ko pa alam kung pano magbalanse ng family life. * Few of the QAS I have interviewed before have started their training. Nakakatuwa kasi it seems that they are really serious about the job that they got. So far, mukhang ok naman sila. Kaya pa... LOL * Ang dami kong orders from my online store. Money, money, money! Oh well, konti lang talaga ang tubo ko sa bawat items na naibebenta ko pero since madami yung orders, lumaki na rin ung ROI. Sulit na sulit din naman ang maga customers ko. Kasi sakto na November ang dating ng merchandise and December pa ang bayaran nun. 3 gives pa! :) kulang na lang talaga, tocino-longganisa-bra. LOL * A lot of people have been asking me kung kelan daw ba ang leave ko. Some people were amazed na sasagarin ko tlaga yung due date bago ako mag mat leave. Eh hello?!!! I hate waiting in vain drama kaya! Besides, ayoko ng walang ginagawa. Nakakaburyong yon. Besides, madali lang naman ako itatakbo sa hospital. All are set. Yung mga gamit ni baby and necessary papers, nasa trunk na. Ako na lang kulang at gogora na talaga kami sa hospital. * Hubby bought a lot of items for Baby. Ako din, I enjoyed so much putting a lot of stuff from Old Navy and Baby Gap. Sale eh. :) *Wala pa rin akong maternity pictures. Ang mga bakla naman kasi, may drama pa. Tiwang na naman ako kasi ang mga ninang eh warlalu. Wala si Daddy Russ kaya mga bakla na lang isasama ko sa photoshoot. eh kaso ganun nga...hayYyyY *At 38 weeks, baby weighs 6.8 pounds na raw. I had my xray pelvicmetry (?) nung Monday. Sana kaya ng sipit-sipitan na i-ire ko ang ganun kalaking bata. Ayoko ng CS. Mahal na, matagal pa recuperating period. Oh eh...yun lang muna. Busy-busyhan na nman ako. Maraming kelangang sawayin na pasaway. LOL Labels: office, people, pregnancy
At 5 months, She (one of my QAS) is having break outs already. Her neck and armpits started to get darkened. We knew at this point that she's gonna have a baby boy. This is something that I experienced only on the later course of my pregnancy. As this is the case, we have joked about spending all our 13th month pays on a "beautification" project. LOL Hubby told me that he'll give some extra money for my project "OPLAN: Balik Ganda"...(nyeh!) She. on the other hand will probably have Triclear. Labels: health and beauty

Let me just put it this way, if I don't have anything positive to say, I might as well shut my mouth off. LOL Seriously though, a lot has been happening in the office. Most of it are nothing but bad news. And I am missing a lot of people. Speaking of missing, I am missing some of my files in our shared folder. My PC is running slowly. I think it needs more system memory. I just need a computer that works really fast. Or maybe, I could just configure my notebook and work from home. Hmmm....... Labels: computers

Saturday, September 6, 2008Already Here...As I have posted before, I am now into selling some PX items (good thing since I am going to be on a 2-month maternity leave). I started the business with few team members who purchased Victoria's secret and Old Navy items. Now my market seems to be growing as I have just established my online store through the multiply account. Yesterday, hubby sent me pictures of the goods he received, which I purchased about a week ago. Actually madami pang kulang. Wala pa yung bulk orders from Victoria's Secret and Old Navy. Few perfumes have not yet arrived din. Pero seeing the items I have ordered arrived, mejo nakakatuwa. I know na magiging busy-busyhan ako in my entire maternity leave since aside from taking care of Terrence, I'll do some paid posts pa rin from time to time. Yesterday, bro texted me asking how much does a 100 ml Bulgari BLV for men costs. I told him it's for P2,200. He was surprised to know that since malls (Trinoma ,SM department stores and other malls) sell the same item for a whoOooping P4,000++ . Victoria's Secret Products (lotions and mist) are being sold for P600+ each while I sell it for only P450 (may discount pa if bought in 3). A lot of my friends are asking why my merchandise are being sold cheaper than malls and other multiply sellers, I say it upfront that I do not impose 100% mark. Only 25%. Intsik eh. Konti tubo, dami benta. LOL  
Sometimes, the feeling of the scorching heat brings feels like it's summer again. While hubby does AC in his room, I don't have AC in my room in Novaliches. It's either I would sleep on my elder sister's room or I'll take a nap in the living room (lol, malaks dun. 2HP ang AC). Since I really don't stay tehre for long, getting another AC system won't be practical. That's why I decided to just purchase an air cooler with air purifier. The one that we purchased in Hypermarket Pasig is good (and cheap since we bought it during a 3-day sale) but I guess, not as good as the Santa Fe dehumidifiers. Labels: appliance, home topics

Monday, September 1, 2008Healthy FamilyI don’t have asthma. But we are keeping a nebulizer at home. We bought it around 2002 when my nephew was rushed to the hospital due to some respiratory illness. It was such an experience to the family. Everybody was in panic. I, on the other hand, with my sister’s best friend stormed Bambang to buy the nebulizer. That’s an area where you can find cheapest medical equipment such as pulse oximeter. To date, we haven’t had any recent experience of rushing any family member to the hospital. And I thank the dear Lord for that. We are not rich, sure. But we are all healthy. :) Labels: health
